Oh boy, where to start. I'll say that USUALLY this place is probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to - and I've lived in a lot of places. That said, the last two times have just been horrible. I'm only giving it a 3 stars instead of a 1 because the previous ones before that were good. The last two times though - holy smokes. Mega rude staff, insanely cold food. The DBL quarter pounder tasted HOURS old - it literally made me throw up. They also seem to close basically whenever they feel like it. They were listed to close at 12am, but two times so far I've went and they closed at 10 and 11pm for no apparent reason other than they wanted to. Please, for the love of GOD get this place back on track. It's usually so GOOD. What is happening?! Also, kick your staff in the butt. They need to be way friendlier. Like what the hell is their deal?

Our fries were hard and seemed to have been sitting around for awhile. There was an extra few servings of salt on them. The lettuce was past the point of needing to be tossed. It was just not good. Despite my kids and I being hungry we could not bring ourselves to finish our sandwiches or the fries. I took a photo of the best sandwich. Poor sandwich looked as if it had been tossed around and manhandled. Partially torn bun, wilting lettuce with browning on the end and mayo haphazardly flung on. The staff was nice though.

Everytime i come here I'm asked to pull forward for fresh food. There are five other cats waiting this time. Each time my food is not right or something is not fresh. Last time it was the fries they were dropped back in the oil to heat them up. There was a mix of undercooked overcooked fries with little to no salt. The burger was sloppy made. This visit i asked for fresh fries and again I don't get them. I was not given a recipe so my complaints will be posted here. Also I got home to a large fry that would barely fill a medium. This place is need the attention of a district manager. I'm tired of spending money for things I don't get.

Waited in line for twenty minutes and was sitting at the order screen when they switched menus. I tried to order a sausage egg biscuit when a very rude young lady refused. Completely waisting thirty minutes of my life!! This is pretty typical of this McDonald’s , their drive thru is like the Bermuda Triangle you go in to pop out on the other side four years later with a beard!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Check your order! This locations customer service has tanked in the last year or two. At least 1/2 the time they get the order wrong. Like hand us an order from someone else, not even close to what was requested. This is a small problem in the grand scheme of life, but it is irritating. They better step up their game since a Culver’s is opening across the street soon.
