Waited 47 minutes for a bucket of chicken. While inside the restaurant noted that no employees were wearing gloves or using good hygiene. Touching clothes, face, money, ect. Beyond disgusting especially during a pandemic. Never again!

I wasn't satisfied with be presentation of the buffet there. And thinking why would anyone put a broom and dust pan handles up against the buffet. Not happy for sure.

They are ok, I don't recommend their new wings, and I don't recommend their chicken sandwich. Their chicken sandwiches are bland and dry, and their wings taste absolutely nothing like what you'd expect a wing to be and is far smaller than typical wing size also they seem to have the standard KFC batter on the wings and then just toss them in some sauce of your choice. I only recommend them if you at getting the famous bowl or just a regular bucket of chicken with some sides. Those are acceptable from this KFC location.

Food fresh and customer service nice. They did forget one of my chicken breast and had to go back, that wasnt to fun. Always check order here.

Ordered a 2 piece chicken, and one piece was very small - did not look anything like a complete piece of chicken. I talked to the manager and she said that "McLean" produces the chicken and there was nothing they could do, except charge me for another piece of chicken. Horrible customer service!
