Got my daughter's order wrong after spending $50. When I called, was told by the lady that answered that she had been checking all orders and hadn't seen a buffalo chicken sandwich, to which I replied, that's probably why I don't have it, but I do have my receipt. Drove back, with my receipt to get her sandwich and had to wait in the drive thru line after calling to let them know I had arrived to get the order corrected. They could of brought it out like they did when I had to wait for my order initially. Food was good, service was mostly good, just not happy I had to take 2 trips and wait for $50 worth of food...🤷🏾‍♂️

Was the only one at the drive-thru oh, I had to wait for an order. Took a little bit longer than usual but the sandwich was specially prepared since they didn't have any ready. Customer service was great. The only problem I had when you serve a special sandwich make sure that the fries are hot with it. Cold fries with a hot delicious sandwich, does not go great together.

I would give this location no stars if I could. I live in lees summit and was given the wrong order and had to drive back to Greenwood for them to make a joke out of their mistake. I don’t care about getting anything for free, but the fact that no one offered anything to make it better was enough for me to get on here and go “Karen” on this review.
