Applebee's

My husband and I had a gift card and decided to run over tonight around 8pm. We were served by Joy who, like her name, was a joy to have as our waitress. She was so personable and made us feel right at home. The food was delicious and drinks were well worth the price. Joy was for sure the highlight of our evening and we hope to see her when we come back!

I should never have gotten out of the car. The walk wasn't cleared so access to the handicap rap was all ice and snow. I park in handicap and can hardly get inside the door. We were seated and helped by the woman at the bar. She wasn't very friendly. I didnt even mention the free mozzarella sticks we should have gotten because she never asked if we wanted a margarita. (Its posted on there big board above the seating section.) We were enough of a bother for her I didnt want to make it worse. We waited awhile for food I'm assuming because they didnt have much help. Place wasnt busy but still waited almost 45 min. When our food did come out my shrimp and fries were all squishy and gross. Definitely not crunchy like the menu said. A heat lamp will do it every time. I don't suggest going here. Applebees is definitely falling behind on the service and they keep hicking up the prices. Best of luck!!
