Arby's

FILTHY!! I would not have even rated 1 star if it was possible. Arby’s has been my favorite fast food forever, so I am so disappointed. I have never been in such a nasty fast food restaurant in my life! The person that served me was very cheerful and was very capable but when I went to the drink station I was appalled. There was mold and nasty black build up all over the machine not just recent neglect. I was disgusted and decided to skip the drink. The dining room was also awful. Not only were the tables dirty from the day but everything was also stained and grimy. I felt like I might get my clothes dirty sitting down. I got a beef-n-cheddar combo. The bread was so old the sandwich just fell apart and it tasted gross. I thought I’d just eat the curly fries…nope! They tasted like the oil had not been changed in a very long time. This was by far my worst experience with any fast food restaurant!

I pulled up at drive through at night during scheduled open hours. A message came out of speaker that they were closed. I sat there in shock as I checked hours on line before I came and was there an hour before closing. Plus, I have never heard a message at drive through that they were closed anywhere. I sat there a few minutes notifying the person I was picking up for. When I stayed there, another message came across that they could take my order, but gave a list of 8 items they were out of. I said it was easier if they would tell me what they had, rather than not had. It was 3 items that the other party was not interested in. She stated they would get a shipment the following day. I went back thinking it would be fresh. It was not. It was very disappointing for us both!
