1 star is more than what you guys deserve. Today was the 3rd time waiting in the Drive Thru for 15 minutes to be told Taco Bell only, no chicken. There was also a sign on the door that said to wear a mask inside, but the door was locked. You guys are better off shutting down and allowing another chain come in. Luckily, the 99 across the lot offers a Family Tenders meal.

The only KFC near me. And is a 40 minute drive. First time I got chicken here it was hot, fresh and delicious. I had been looking forward to coming back since that day. I take the long drive just to order here. This time I was extremely disappointed. They gave me old chicken that had been sitting for God knows how long. My Pepsi drink had no flavor. It tasted as if it was filled with ice, left to sit out for about 30 minutes because it was watery. And to top it off, no hot sauce. I will not be driving that far again for that horrible service.

Be aware every one today I go to kfc and I buy 2 pic chicken combo beast & wing in online the price is 7doller .99 cent and with tax 8.67 dollar but when I buy drive thru they charge me 9.21 dollar I ask the boy that in online they tell us with tax 8.67 but they don’t lesson me and tell me they don’t know why this amount show online and they give me bill but they role the bill and give me and when I come home I see they give me someone else bill so plz every one first check the amount of bill then give the money because they charge you extra money and also complete this kfc West Lebanon location to because they froud with peoples and I attached my bill that kfc boy give me see how or what they are doing there

They can barely stay open it’s a KFC and Taco they can’t manage to have both restaurants open at the same time. $7.99 for 6 nuggets of fake chicken. At some point they should just pay the people more so they can be open they’re definitely not making money when they’re closed. Just go to Claremont KFC Taco Bell much better anyways

Very rude service, couldn't order from KFC, was informed they closed at 5, and had been for awhile (weeks?), Although nothing such as signs of any kind to indicate. As we live 20 minutes away, how were we to know?? No reason to be spoken to, condescendingly and rude. Ended up driving another 20+ mins to another KFC to be able to get food, after ordering online so it would be ready when we arrived. Which it was and we received much better treatment. There was still a mistake in order, but upon calling they apologized and made it right at the Claremont, Nh location.

this place is horrible . was there tuesday 2/1/22 at 5:55 pm. 1 car from the order speaker and worker comes out and says there closed . what a joke . go to Wendy's down the street. friendly service busy but at least you get what you order . this is not the first disappointment at this location. do yourself a favor go elsewhere
