Taco John's

I stopped coming here in the evenings because my food was never correct. I decided to try again since I live very close. I ordered on my app to insure my order was correct. NOPE I paid for sour cream and also added tomatoes to different tacos. I received NONE on ANY. I didn’t get one of my cold brew coffees. Also ordered a steak burrito and received chicken, there’s a price difference…I paid for these things. A total of 4.10+ tax. I’m done, I will no longer return. There’s no standard and clearly these issues will continue to be ongoing.

By far one of my favorite places to go. Their food is always hot and fresh. You get a good amount of food with what you pay. Lobby is clean and the employees are awesome. Only reason they don't get a 5star is I don't think it's appropriate for the manager to be rude/yell at one of the employees for being new. Plus he was just a jerk in general.

On truckers path (GPS for truckers) it said that this place was a truck parking (it was not) when I arrived i found out that it was a taco john restaurant... I was annoyed but hungry and looking for a break for me and my dog Waffles. anyway so I mange to squeeze in with my 18 wheeler on the side of the road next to taco John's and the lady at the drive thru was the kindest person brought out my food for me because I have a dog and was the sweetest to my dog. I would most def come here again because that's what customer service is about kindness. Thank you. On the deepest level.

You can never be to Taco John's. We used to have one in our hometown in moberly but it is no longer there. Every time we see one we have to stop you get the best food the best price and you just can't beat it. Used to eat it as a kid growing up and hadn't had it in probably 25 years when I found one in Lebanon Missouri. Every time we go near Lebanon we go to Taco John's hands down!

Been here a few times and it hasnt been bad, but today was the worst experience we've ever had in a drive through. The young lady that took our order and helped us at the window was not very nice at all to start off with... then it got worse. My husband ordered the street chicken tacos and later that day was in bed with food poisoning. (Taco John's was the only thing he ate). We will NEVER be back.🤢

I love this place and the food but the new guy they have working there is nothing but rude and disrespectful and should not be working in fast food,he used to work at Hardee’s and was the same way there.They have always had the nicest staff I don’t know what happened to them but until they get him out of there I will not ho back..Not sure of his name but he has blond ish hair and is very short,needs to be fired from fast food!!!
