Love this place. Chef Kevin continues to prepare different and delicious dishes. Had the Wednesday night capellini pomodoro with colossal lump crab last night. A culinary delight :) Service is always on point. Erin always takes great care of us. Staff works together extremely well. We had 4 different staff members help our table last night. Very attentive and efficient. Like a well oiled machine. Brick oven pizzas, handcrafted cocktails and atmosphere are all great. Will continue to recommend Trat Frat to everyone!
Such a great place to go, the food is amazing and the best in Lancaster/Lebanon county! Some of the best Italian I've ever eaten, you won't be disappointed!
Superb! Our server was the best as she was fantastically attentive & super friendly. Meals were delicious; the pork & butternut squash ravioli dishes. Dessert was incredible; a chocolate opera fudge torte which I posted a pic here. My gentleman company was the absolute best too but I should just focus on restaurant 😆!
My wife and I decided to go here due to having a gift certificate. I went a few times years ago and was unsure what to expect. The location on Lehman street is a bit sketchy, but let me tell you the important stuff:
The food and service. Our food was amazing. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. Each dish we got was smile inducing. The service was too notch. It was an amazing intimate experience. It was the perfect date spot!

The menu was short and creative! i was seriously blown away by the food, the service, the drinks, and the prices werent bad at all!! You can tell passion and hardwork has gone into this place.

He changes the menu, with each season. There was a venison stew he made with gnocchi, that we absolutely LOVED… that he had made one fall. Our family came to visit, from New York, and we had made a request to see if we could pre-order that dish… weeks one advance.. to bring our family to try it. He made it happen. Our dad didn’t feel well, and we had to pick it up, instead of eating in… but he made that stew for 10 orders, for us to pick up. I will never forget that. Absolutely amazing!! If you have never been… take the trip… drop the extra $, and just try this place out! Promise, you won’t be disappointed! No matter what you order!!
This is a wonderful place! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. I love the local artwork displayed. The brick oven at the entrance welcomes you with a wonderful smell. Our server was excellent (Judith). She was friendly, knowledgeable and fun. We had a lot of the specials starting with the wine. From there the salads were excellent and a nice size, coupled with fresh bread and olive oil. Dinner options are incredible with a tidy small menu for choosing. The menu changes with the seasons, so there are many options to try each time you go. And don't forget dessert!
Pleasant atmosphere, food was prepared as ordered and tasted great. However the pizza dough and crust is not quite the same as it used to be several years ago still the pizza was tasty. Service was professional and on point. Dining in does require a reservation as indoor seating is limited.
Out of towner chiming in. Dined in the first evening, at at the bar. pretty nice ambiance, service was great to start and stayed that way through the course.
i went with mixed green salad and the penne pasta. salad was clean and green, with the balsamic being a nice flavor.
the pasta was incredible, chicken excellent, pine nuts, oh yeah! creamy pesto sauce to complete and i loved it. these folks have seasonal menus with not a terrible amount of choices which is great for me. local restaurant, very close to the Hampton Inn.
Second night, ordered pizza to go, personal size, very flavorful and nice thin crust using their oven made it perfect. Try this place for sure.
Food was excellent. Was surprised they do not make their own pasta. They have a lovely pizza oven that the chef obviously adores. Will definitely get pizza on my next visit.
