Taco Bell

The lovely lady at the window with brunette hair (?) was really sweet to me on a day that was VERY tough for me because I received bad news minutes before. The food was definitely tasty and my order was speedy and correct. Taco bell should be honored to have her running their store at this location. (:! 5 stars no doubt!

Employees stand in the parking lot smoking while a line forms around the building. I have seen employees who were working literally come out and yell at the smokers that they need to come in and help. At the window a woman with black eye make up and two upside down black crosses on her forehead and 1 1/2 inch fingernails (how can you get your hands clean under those nails?) takes your money and hands out the food. People can make whatever religious/fashion/cult choices they want to but it doesn't mean they should wear it to work and it certainly doesn't make anyone comfortable or confident eating their food. There are two other Taco Bells in Lebanon and those stores are where I will be going from now on. This store has now lost my business. It is the nearest store to where I live so it will be an inconvenience. But I am willing to drive farther out if it means they lose business. The manager needs to get it together and this store needs to be under review.

I write this as i sit in the very long line again to pick up my mobile order in the drive thru that i didn't get the first time. I called and the woman says that they are busy and can't just hand deliver my food to me before anyone else. I tell her that i am not able to come in and that i already came through once and didn't receive all of my order so my food will get cold. She said if i couldn't come in, that i can go through the drive through, so i guess dinner will be cold tonight. I work too hard for my money to pay for a cold dinner. So disappointed.

Good service. At the Taco Bell on South Cumberland St the drive thru clerk kept shutting the window when I went to pay cuz she was cold.And rushed me to pay. She should ask to work the front counter if she can't take the cold and stop rushing customers. At the Taco Bell on HW 70 the service was much better.
