Duck Donuts

Well I have had the other Location near Prairie Village shops off 95th St. when it was there if it’s still there and experienced way higher quality product and appearance. My friend ordered a breakfast sandwich with a doughnut out for the breading instead of like a biscuit or whatever or croissant and all of it was undercooked and he nearly gagged to not finish it. I had a donuts combo box with six donuts and two of them fell apart while eating them making me an entire mess with sloppiness everywhere and this is what I have left to bring home to my kids and my mother the girl working is a total spazz and just seemed very scatterbrained not quality product not following guidelines to my guess and I’m guessing by the help wanted sign in the door it’s due to the short staffing so I don’t blame the company at all it’s hard to find good help anymore but this location sure could use some hopefully I can put some posts out that you guys are hiring and need some good help. I know quality control with you guys and specific recipes and ways of making your donuts are very important but they are not being followed at this location due to the staff not being very caring in the area I guess she was rushing for everything and not even fill up my drink cups all the way when she saw someone else coming in the door . Also there is no ice cream and no coffee so that may not be her fault due to everything with a shortage but the coffee part was because she said she was late to work and had to get it going still . I am very disappointed where my $30 went this morning but I don’t blame Duck Donuts at all like I said I blame the worker I think you guys should get some better help here or have some management from the uppers running it until then . I am a sloppy mess and must go wash my hands now thank you have a good day please help me have some mind clearance with this because I am just not having a great day now!

Donuts were awesome. Sandwich artists have nothing on this team! Made just the way you'd want them. Warm, melt in your mouth with your favorite toppings. We got six and cut off bites so we could share all the flavors. Sat outside. Clean area, shade and a nice breeze. We would have rated it a 5 but the coffee had a funny, chlorinated smell that couldn't be overcome. Tasted OK, just didn't smell like a good cup of coffee.

Delicious donuts but quite expensive. If you are looking for a treat, especially with kids, give Dock Donuts a try. They have many unique toppings and flavors for your donuts. The donuts are always fresh and taste great. The coffee options are bit lacking, but, this is place for DONUTS and delicious ones at that. But, one thing to keep in mind is they are quite expensive. Be prepared to pay around $20 for a dozen. The staff is always very friendly. Drop in, if you are on State Line and around 119th to 135th area.

I love this place the donuts are amazing! However Angela J that was running the front counter is extremely off putting and blunt. When I was talking to my friend telling her they had breakfast sandwiches she cut me off and yelled “we don’t have eggs” so I was looking at the menu on the wall deciding what I wanted and she yells at me in the rudest tone. “There’s photos on the counter.” I don’t understand why she was rushing us. It wasn’t busy and I don’t appreciate being talked down too especially if I wasn’t a rude customer.
