Parisi Cafe is well known in the coffee industry for having one of their baristia take on the title of US Barista Champion. Their dedication to the craft gives their store a unique vibe that creates the new standard in 3rd wave coffee shops. Their service is great, I paid for my drink and moments later it was ready. I would recommended this coffee bar to anyone in the area.

Pretty good other than their wifi. It's probably their cradlepoint firewal/proxy. "Global leader in 4g LTE network solutions" The system reports "very slow". It is faster that the other place with. Cradlepoint theirs literally loaded images so slow you watched each image fill line by line on google fiber. Not sure what this place has, nor long term speed . . I had to run. See pics P.s. For some reason every other network appeared before this one just for listing the wifi network itself (twice. I thought I had to leave. Closed the laptop, then learned I could stay 5 more minutes, and it took forever to appear the second time after I already logged in 2 minutes prior)

I've never been disappointed at Parisi. Excellent espresso drinks and pour overs, knowledgeable staff. It's purely personal taste, but I love the design of this shop. Unfortunately, I'm only in KC a few times a year, or I'd be a regular.

This is a great hipster place with beardy-clad (male) staff and pour-over coffee. What I love: They make their own syrups which are unique and you can really taste the flavor they claim to be. Friendly staff. Coffee is fresh and fantastic. It's fun watching your drink being made here...the crema on the top of the espresso shots is exquisite. Best latte art around. Adventurous drink menu and seasonal. Con: Hate the seating! Sorry guys. More comfortable seating can go a long way.

Great place to catch your breathe and have a "pour over" Ethiopian style. UPDATE: More important than the pour over is the sugar-free vanilla latte. This is by far THE BEST I've ever tasted! Made with Parisi's own vanilla flavoring this coffee is perfect. I take mine with an extra shot of espresso. My favorite! Coffee is great, but the cafe needs more interior color. Not fond of the European "sterile" look. Also, the stool/chair legs need to have plastic pads to help them slide easier on the concrete floor due to their awkward design. Coffee = ★★★★★ Cafe decor/ergo friendly = ★★★

The coffee was good and the staff was curteous but not overly friendly. This is not your typical warm, comfortable coffee shop. The large amounts of glass doors don't do a great job of keeping the chill out, though I'm sure it's very nice in the warmer months. There's also not much for atmosphere, it's very Spartan and industrial inside. I'll have to update if I visit more, but for my time spent, I'd prefer somewhere not so echo'y and bright.

Best Coffee Shop in Leawood Hands Down :) Wow, that was a great cup of coffee today. I had the Red Eye and have not seen that on the menu for coffee shops for ever ... I look forward to coming back and giving something else a try. Great place to have a meeting...

The coffee and tea is decent. Which it should be considering the prices. I hate writing poor reviews, however, the staff really is what brings this place to two stars. They are not friendly unfortunately. They got 2/3 orders wrong in my party. The place was not busy at all. They are also very confused as to how to give out the orders. When you order and pay, they ask for your name. But when your order is ready they quietly say the order such as "coffee with cream" and set it on the counter. Then the costumers awkwardly look at each other trying to figure out who's coffee it is for. So I'm not sure why they don't call out your name. Your coffee can sit on the counter for five minutes and they don't do anything to make sure the costumer gets it. I watched it happen over and over while I was drinking my coffee. And again, they say the order once and oh so quietly. It's a confusing situation. There's not really room for you to wait at that area because then you would be blocking the line for people to order. It's a cute place with tasty coffee. They just need fine tune some things.... and maybe try to make eye contact and smile.
