Subway

I called 2 days prior to my daughter's birthday party to get a party sub. The employee gave me all the wrong information including the price, how many people it would feed, and how much of a notice they needed. He told me I had to call the day before. I called Friday at 2:20 to get the sandwich on Saturday at 1. It was very obvious the assistant manager didn't want to do because I hadn't called exactly 24 hours before hand (I was never told to and I specifically asked the night prior). She didn't seem like she really cared about my situation and I was really upset at how unsympathetic she was to the fact that I now had to add another thing to my list to do because she didn't train her employees correctly and give them the right information. I will never spend any money in this store again.

Great subway only if you get the girl with the red hair! She does a great job with my food and I know I’ll have a good experience if she is working. The other employees could use work on how to make stuff, putting actual veggies on, and charging correctly. One girl always over charges me for my food and another lady always under fills my wrap. Computer could use work as it’s usually down.

Good food. Good service. Frustrated that there is a huge sign on the door and it's posted on your website that masks are required but there is no attempt to enforce it. Next time I walk out. Also one of the workers did not have their nose covered. Please enforce your own rules as I would like to continue to be a customer. Thank you.
