I placed an online order for an early morning meeting. The Layton store not only had it ready 15 mins early, but the staff kindly directed me to the order so I could pick it up myself and leave quickly. I was at work in plenty of time to set up for the meeting. GREAT job Layton Einsteins!!

A friend and I made an online order for two egg sandwiches, a cappuccino, and a hot chocolate, and upon pickup, I had a red sticker saying there was an error with the order. Talking with the kind gentleman at the counter, he had offered a partial refund for the order, as well as any potential drink swaps we had wanted. He was patient as I had to message my friend about any replacement he wanted, and gladly prepared the replacement drink and apologized several times for the inconvenience. I told him I understood, having had several years working food service, myself. While I cannot remember his name, the gentleman wore glasses and had a bat tattoo on the back of his head; he provided nothing short of excellent service and should be recognized for it!
The food and drinks were good too of course :)

Jack was so friendly and kind! It was my first time here and he was very thorough. It made my sister and I feel really great and the food was AMAZING. Would recommend this location.

Literally the nicest team. Deseree was so kind to help me out with my order in such a friendly way. Will definitely be back and tell my friends!

Yesterday was my birthday, I went in to redeem my rewards free gift 🎁 The customer service was fantastic, the sandwich bagel 🥯 cooked just right and the best part they all said " Happy Birthday " To me ♡
Highly recommend 👌

They got my order wrong. It seems like they used more cream cheese in the past. The beagle was fresh and delicious.

Good food, but what happened to the indoor seating and soda machine. Looks like the place is closing down. Long wait for breakfast sandwich the day I visited. Saturday morning.

Nice place and they gave me some free ice for my cup I brought. I asked them to slice the bagels then while paying for them I said I wanted them sliced because I saw they weren't sliced. The cashier told me they were and I said look at them. He looked and then they had to go back and slice them forealz which was ok, but just make sure you check if your bagles are sliced before you take them with you.
Still 5 stars for this review because the folks working there were very polite and the bagles are perfect 👌

Went on a Sunday the line was pretty long, they had one person taking orders, and they payments, and refilling the coffee. But he did a good job and they had all the bagels we needed
