Went over and beyond and EXCEPTED MY EXCEPTATIONS! I called around to different Subways to request for 6 platters of subs. Either they did not answer their phones, they do not do catering there, or I had to call back and speak to the owner/manager at a later time. But not this Subway! The district manager, Mike, contacted me, was very accommodating, professional, and made me feel like a was a friend than a customer which I so appreciated! He followed up with me and reconfirmed my order prior to the date of needing the platters. The food was fresh, delicious, and had all the dressings on the side like I requested and more things that I didn't think of to ask for! He even texted me back to see if everything was okay. Superb job Mike and Subway at Riverside Pkwy! Will definitely use you all again and again! :)

Disgusting, awful management that close early and don’t even issue refund. Lied about my order, and couldn’t even receive refund that day. Don’t go here, they’re trash. Grab yourself a pizza from next door instead or even go to the other one on sugarloaf. TRASH subway TRASH people. Get your act together

Rather surprised by the negative reviews of this place. I'm a local and have been to this Subway so many times that the owner recognizes me, my husband, and my daughter. If one of us ever shows up without the other, he always asks after our family and how we're doing. The food is always excellent, and sometimes they give free cookies just for being a loyal customer. I have never had a bad experience here, and I've probably been here at least 30 times.

I had a bad experience ordered online asked for light on the tuna received a whole lot of tuna on my sandwich and all the food tasted stale and not good
