Dunkin'

I used to come to this location every morning on my way to work. I will NEVER come back to this place again. Staff had Nasty attitudes and Tried to up charge me for something I get every time. All of this could of been resolved. Instead as I was trying to explain the manger just slammed the window door in my face!! This location lost a customer/money and a wasted drink. As soon as I left this location I went to another and I had no problems at all.

Things were good, accept we ordered so much stuff or my kids did, in which I ask them to check everything to make sure it was there, the only thing miss was a glazed donut from my daughter or, in which we were charged, but did realize until we were 20 minutes away and she was being dropped to work...I blame her and the company because ppl should be able to expect that everything on receipt is in bag... But next time I'll be checking bags as teenagers be slipping 😀. So that's why I gave a 4 star, because the mistake got paid for anyways, with no benefit of having the item and unfortunately no time to go back, by the time she mentioned it to me... Number one rule while us consumers shouldn't have too, please check your bags...fyi my teens are grown like 19 and up, but still make mistakes...
