Update. Good customer service. Always an extended wait time. Delivery service must go inside to pickup. Plenty of parking. Dine in or take out.

Really? really? Five Guys and five stars seems fitting… right? We'll it is whwn they deliver great food. The food delivery is so good that it outshines the times that they forgot my shake when I picked up IN PERSON… so - yeah - its THAT good… get it delivered!

Prices have gotten out of control! I paid $16 for bacon cheeseburger, little Cajun fries and a water cup. At this rate I don't see them being in business too much longer. Also they over seasoned the Cajun fries. Literally go anywhere else for better value!

What’s the point of ordering ahead if they don’t even try to make your order until 25 minutes after I SCHEDULED the pickup? I sat and watched other people order more food than me and get their food well ahead of me. Absolutely unacceptable! When I asked about my food they laughed and had a whoops look on their faces. Naturally my food was sitting on a shelf the whole time and was cold. Except the fries…….

Five Guys has delicious burgers and fries. The price is surprisingly high these days (as of 4/10/22), and is difficult to justify for what you get. $10 won't quite get you one burger with two patties and cheese. You can get as many toppings on your burger as you please for no extra cost. They free have loose peanuts you can munch on while you wait or as part of your meal (if you have a peanut allergy you probably shouldn't even come through the door). Not much in the way of vegetarian options: grilled cheese, fries, milkshake, peanuts, and a veggie sandwich (literally a burger without the beef patty). I haven't tried the hotdogs or milkshakes, but they sound good.

We had a horrible experience at this Five Guys Location. My fiancé purchased us two double bacon burgers with fries on Saturday, June 18, 2022. While eating into his burger and as he was chewing a long black strain of hair was embedded into the burger that he was chewing on. This was absolutely disgusting and totally unacceptable. I called and spoke with someone by the name of Natalie who stated she was the manager and she offered to remake our order, are you kidding me?? Then she asked if we would like I refund, I told her yes because we will not be returning back to this establishment. Workers are not following proper guidelines and no one wears a hairnet. This was the worst experience ever!!!! I would not even give this place one star, the only reason why I clicked one star is because that’s the only way they are allowing me to post.

This five guys is the one I typically order from for delivery(and they ALWAYS do an excellent job are their items are cheaper than other Five Guys locations), but today I stopped in. The restaurant itself is clean; the outside eating area is not, and there are ants that could be taken care of as well. The women's restroom was out of soap. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious as always, hence the 4 stars. I got a small bacon cheeseburger and small fry with no drink(water) and it was 11 bucks - so bear the cost in mind as well! The restaurant was empty but several people stopped by to carry out food like I did.

I absolutely love their fries!!!🍟 Please never change using real potatoes. This company is the only fast food I look forward to getting because everything is always fresh and the quality is always consistent.
