Pizza Hut

We get pizzas from here often but today they were either very rushed or simply didn't care. We got two pizzas tonight-one pizza was completely missing a topping, both barely had any cheese and one had literally no toppings or anything in the middle and just sprinkles of toppings on the outside. Very disappointing especially since we order often and they're supposed to be a top pizza place. $15 on sale and it wasn't much more than bread. My husband orders from Pizza Hut at another location pretty often for work and doesn't have issues. Also I have to order gluten free pizza from Domino's for myself since Pizza Hut doesn't offer gluten free crust. *Picture of the slice shows the pathetic sprinkle of toppings. The bbq one is better but missing a topping and still less toppings than usual.

Ordered (9/14/21) the Detroit Style Pizza that advertises “cheesy & crispy edges.” See pictures below of expectation vs reality—spoiler! it barely has any cheese on it at all. The breadsticks I ordered were served cold and undercooked. Boneless Wings were good & the thin crust pizza was good. They also didn’t forget my extra sauce which I appreciate. Ultimately, I am disappointed with the way this food was served to me and my family. I ordered takeout online through the app and picked up as soon it was ready. I always tip (before even knowing the quality of service) because I am a service worker and I know the quality of my order may be affected by whether or not I tipped. This location has lost my trust.

My order was completely wrong. I was supposed to have light sauce on both pizzas, it was extra sauce. One pizza was supposed to be all pepperoni and sausage and then half mushroom and other half green peppers. We had pepperoni and half mushrooms only. I tried calling store multiple times and no answer. I wasnt driving back to store over 20 mins in the rain and ice. I am unsure I will order again at all.
