I ordered 2 spicy POTATO soft tacos. I got one shredded chicken taco and whatever the hell this is . not to mention nothing was actually in the taco shell it was all in the paper the taco came in . I even had to wait another 5 mins at the window for my chicken quesadilla because it wasn't in the bag .

Currently drive through only most of the time. Dining room is open when they have enough employees to do so. Usually during breakfast and lunch. Even though it was busy the service was quick. The employee I dealt with was friendly. The food was hot. The parking lot could use a clean up.

This was a pretty bad experience. We waited for about 30 minutes in the drive through. The food was not great and they forgot to put the sauces in the bag after they were pretty rude when I asked them if ai could have fire and hot sauce. A teenager snapped at me and told me it was already in the bag. Of course it wasn't. I have pretty low expectations when I go to taco Bell and they somehow didn't meet those.

I was not happy with my last order. My son does not like lettuce now I wasn't expecting any extra but there was two scoops of meat and I want to say probably 20 pieces of shredded cheese on the three tacos that I ordered for my son with no lettuce. I did return them and I did get my money back because that was just not worth paying for my son would have just been hungry and wanted something else from somewhere else so it just wasn't acceptable.

I have gone to this taco bell location and the location in Hebron 20 times now at various times usually early breakfast or late night and have left without being able to order EVERY time. It's actually pretty funny to me, each time a machine is down or they are out of 90 percent of the food they need to make anything on the menu. I mean if your going to have excuses as to why you cant do your job at least throw a sign up on the drive thru so you don't waste my time while you waste yours. I would give zero stars but they make me give 1.

So I went through the drive thru, long line, because the lobby is closed (staffing issues) and low and behold as I pulled forward, so as to keep everything going as fast as possible for everyone else, I check my items and find three things that I ordered I didn't receive. Only option was to get back in line in the drive thru and wait my turn again to get what I should've got the first time. Ughhhh
