Went in for the lunch buffet and service was non existent. Had 3 cold pizzas sitting out. Also why is the buffet price 2x what other snappy franchises charge?

Enjoyed the pizza buffet. Haven't had Snappy Tomato pizza for awhile. Pizza was good. Salad bar was good. Liked the dessert pizza. The company was great. The waitress was working hard to keep up. We'll go back.

Order is always wrong. And will some one from corporate please tell these people. That is it's black it's burnt and you shouldn't serve it.

I hadn't had Snappy Tomato pizza in probably 20 years. I was impressed with the taste. I have a couple of kids that are gluten free and they raved about how good the gf pizza was. It's hard to find a decent gf crust but I think Snappy Tomato nailed it!

Unbelievable! Delicious! Staff professional, proficient & polite! Food scrumptious! Clean facility, however, the back of the store doors were in need of repair. An overall pleasant experience & would return when in the area.

Extremely slow service OK food. On their busy nights Friday and Saturday food is NEVER ready when they tell you it will be despite you ordering multiple hours beforehand with an online order. Also if you need to call in an order on a Friday or Saturday? Forget it I called in to place an order and waited for 20 minutes on hold and no one ever came back to the line I gave up. I will definitely give this place a pass for a while.
