Went to this restaurant after 4 PM today and ordered two Wagyu Steakhouse Burgers. Tina took our order and rang us up and never asked how we wanted them cooked. Nothing we saw told us the need to specify how the burgers were to be cooked. Took the food home and the burgers were not cooked enough. We called the restaurant and the manager was very rude. She admitted she received many complaints and told us we needed to tell them how the food needed to be cooked. We mentioned Tina never asked and the manager said that was our problem and hung up. We were good customers but we are not coming back. If you order this food, TELL THEM HOW YOU WANT IT COOKED. The burgers go from the fryer to the microwave.

The service was good and my food was fresh. They hooked me up by loading my jalapeno slider full of jalapenos...not sure if they like me or hate me 😂.

There was no inside dining and the meal we received was a replacement for a meal that we had a week earlier that was unsatisfactory, this meal was ok

I was very disappointed in the food here. The beef and cheddar classic barely had any cheese and not very much meat on it and the cheese on the loaded curly fries was barely melted with hardly any bacon on it.

This is an average Arby's, which is good. The location is convenient, but the parking lot and storage area behind it make the location less than desirable. The restaurant is in good working order, but showing some age if you look for it.
The service was helpful and skilled, focused but not quick, which is what you generally find at an Arby's. The dining area was empty except for me at dinnertime. Most business was drive through or pick up. The meat in my sandwich was a little dry. The fries and soda were good. The lack of condiments in the dining area make it harder to customize your sandwich, but that is due to COVID and a problem across all restaurants.
Overall, I would definitely eat here again, but not until I sample other options.

So lets be honest I have always loved Arbys but I have never had the exceptional service I did tonight. I came in tonight and was treated very nicely. Fast food always gets a bad reputation but this Arbys proves it all wrong. There was so much respect and no issues what so ever. We had to wait but that is because they made the food all fresh for us. My little one was waving and said bye and the worker waved back and this never happens. Didn't catch a name but I figured I'd leave a great review for a manager or the worker to see!

I don't understand why the indoor seating is still not open. If I wanted to eat in the vehicle, I would go to Sonic. Food is like any other Arby's.
