Ordered 4 soft taco supreme's no tomatoes, light lettuce and an order of nacho chips with extra cup of cheese sauce and it came to $13.00. I didn't get my extra cup of cheese sauce and the tacos looked like this horrible... no meat on here whatsoever... and for the price of everything I paid for I would have thought my food would have been better visually. And the person giving me my food stated that their help had just left them and so it was going to take a little bit of time to get my food and when I got it was cold. I work in Healthcare and when I return from lunch break, I can't come back and get it fixed.

Only the most incredible folks work at our taco bell, and all of the other haters on here are unemployed, so they are hating on my taco bell. The lobby is closed during certain hours, but the drive-through is always open. The people are always kind, and the food is always fresh and hot.

when i doordash most of the time people are really awesome and super cooperative. except with the taco bell’s in lawrence. their night shift teams, totally suck. they have no customer service, which i kind of understand, most of them are children. but when they blatantly ignore you and purposely don’t give you something you asked for at the window, something should definitely be said. their manager shouldn’t have to bring me out fire and diablo sauce… it should have been given to me after they said they would with a smile through the mask. it’s all a learning experience working in the food industry, they aren’t going in the right direction. it’s a shame.

i ordered a #6 with a doritos loco taco and when i pulled my taco out it looked like someone took it and snatched it in between there hands. my taco was literally crubs. and the chicken chalupas were hard. like crunched into pieces when i bit it. i am very disappointed in this order. the only good thing was my drink. 😭😂
