Chipotle Mexican Grill

Went in after a wile staying away because of the negative staff. Nothing has changed. I ordered half chicken and half barbacoa on my bowl. The girl gave me a full order of the chicken and ignored the barbacoa stating that i never asked for it. Normally this would be fine but I’ve never had the chicken, I’m not the biggest fan of chicken and wanted 1/2 because if I didn’t like it, I would still have the other meat. This girl looked at me and said “clearly I didn’t hear you “ and put the smallest amount of barbacoa on top as a joke? The girl refused to make me what I asked for, tried to rush my through the line and was overall awful to deal with from the moment she didn’t say hi. Now, they had to throw out 2 orders because this girl was not going to be bothered with correcting my order. Her inability to hear is not my problem. Never, ever again. Run, don’t walk away from this place.

There was a customer in front of me who was refused service because they had a service dog. The employee who referred to herself as “Jessica” was caucasian with some deep acne on her cheeks, in her 20s. She told the customer no dogs were allowed inside and when the customer responded that the dog was a service dog Jessica responded again by saying “No dogs inside. And they’re not wearing a vest” which I assume the employee was referring to a “service dog vest”. After the customer was refused service they waited to get my information because I was right behind them in line. I happily gave them permission to use my information as a witness on their statement.

I love Chipotle. However, this particular location in Lawrence, KS is not up to standards. I went in as they opened in the morning and got a salad bowl. I also had a side of guac and paid extra for it. Attached are the pictures of the guac. It was extremely salty and old! They probably used it from previous night. I feel very disappointed. Can't believe they felt okay serving this kind of food.

Waited 20 minutes for my order, and I arrived 10 minutes after the pickup time. Poor guys were swamped and they seemed to have a lot of crew. Not hating on the workers, just a 30 minute wait time is unreal. Also it seemed like there were at least 20 people waiting around. Ironically, the line for orders was non-existant. If you don't have a coupon or want to use rewards, it may be better to just order in person. Burrito was good though.
