Excellent customer service. Food is cooked and made in front off you (at the counter). You can add any of their ingredients into you food. Food is delicious. Definitely worth the price for the amount of food you get. I would absolutely recommend Pepper Jax to anyone.

We went into the Lawrence restaurant last night about five minutes before closing. We asked if it was too late and the chef at the grill said, “no way, come in in”! He was truly very nice about it, I am pretty sure he had just cleaned his grill thinking they were finished for the night. We ordered, ate quickly to let them finish closing but they were so nice. They asked if we needed anything, how the food was etc. It was the first time to try Pepperjacks and will definitely go back. We highly recommend going there.

I still regret that the Wichita locations couldn't stay open. Always a go-to for me.

The food is always delicious here! The staff was friendly and professional. A member of my party requested thousand island dressing and one employee happily went to the basement to find it. He was gone for a couple minutes and came back to being a bit backed up and smiled the whole time and did not complain.
