Godiva Chocolatier

Excellent customer service. It was Valentine’s weekend and the store was absolutely insane. Line out the door and never-ending, computer system issues, etc. There were a couple issues with my order which was partly on me for misunderstanding / miscommunicating things. I had to call them and return the store a couple of times to get things right and they remained completely calm and professional until they got my order right. Helps that the chocolate is amazing too!

The store itself is itself an indulgent experience, a treat for the senses. However, being a lifelong chocolate lover, there was a time when Godiva was the something you went out of your way for, but now you can find their chocolate in any Michael’s Arts & Crafts store. Somewhere along the line Godiva lost its premier quality, sold its soul, and cemented itself as the Whitman Box Sampler for the twenty-first century. However, don’t let this stop you from a visit to this flagship store, it’s a wonderful store, with great people.

Godiva chocolate gets a five star review at every location; it's so good. Join the Godiva frequent club, give them your cell phone and email, and start collecting a free sample piece every month as well as an occasional coupon or discount for members. Try their hot chocolate, heavenly. I'm a dieter, but Godiva is a must, in small quantity. Always worth the calories and not many calories in just one piece!
