Wish I could give no stars manager with an attitude none could fix theories ap so I could order ahead of time so I wouldn't be late as I'm a nurse. I called in and asked if I could please order over the phone since they couldn't fix the app and manager said no wecant so I said I understand but can u meet me in the middle here I order from here every day I'm a regular usually they can reset ap so I can order right away on previos orders . His response was very rude and said I we will do it this time but we will never do it again. I get there and had to order in person and waited 45 min for them to make it they gave me a refund they said and when I looked at my receipt I didn't even get a full refund WOWcheck out the receipts time I ordered to the time they gave me a refund and not even the whe redund

A couple of weeks ago I went in and they added so much cinnamon in my drink that it tasted like I was doing the cinnamon challenge. I was already at work once I noticed. I called since I was unable to drink it. Andrea helped me out and told me since I couldn’t come back right away to come back the next morning! I did, Andrea even made me my drink and it was perfect!

Regardless of how big or small the line is they always take forever to make drinks. We make order Almost everyday and they always mess up our order. They can not even serve regular coffee they are so ridiculous giving us Americano instead of regular coffee seriously if I wanted an Americano I would have asked for it. If you think it is the same thing you should no be working here. Most hot drinks are cold when we get them and cups are filled little bit more than half. Drinks aren't cheap and people are paying for them not getting things for free so at least make it right
