Very friendly people. Good food. I never had hush puppies like that. Very good. They are only open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was in the Highway and looking for a place to eat. This looked awesome and I was already in SC but I turned around and it was worth the trip. I really needed a break from driving.

Nothing fancy but good down home cooking good food. Their barbecue is really lean and tender. It doesn't have the fat and gristle some places have. I like the BBQ sauce and chopped pork best. Everything we have tried has been good. The service is good and we have not had to wait long to be seated or be served. Portion sizes are good, and pricing is very reasonable. We live a good 20 to 30 minutes away and drive over just to have dinner. It's worth the drive. Next time, I want to try the fish dinner. The family at the table next to us were enjoying some and it sure looked and smelled good. Looking forward to it.

First time ever dining here. Service was outstanding as our server was named Brianna or she said BB for short. They have some neat Earnhardt pictures and lake pictures there. My tea glass was filled multiple time throughout the night. Shrimp was good. Fish was ok as I thought It could have used a little bit of seasoning and make their own signature mark. Will eat here again next time I’m in the area.

Gumlog is very mid to me, but my grandparents love it here and love the catfish. Service is great, some hard-working ladies.

Great tasty food. Briskets, smoked chicken, fried fish with hush puppies and more. Great Cole slaw and Brunswick stew. Not too pricey (half chicken with 2 sides for $10). Only open toward the weekend. Not fancy but, worth the trip if you are in the area.
