Very impressed today. It was very busy but the staff made the wait a lot easier to deal with. I waited about 30 minutes, which wasn't long with the size of the crowd. The staff was very friendly and professional. Good job!! And the food was excellent as always!!!
I was all excited to get my hands on some of their great food on their grand opening day. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well organized this new building was made that allowed for some of the fastest and friendliest service I’ve received at one of Chik-fil-a’s establishments. I highly recommend anyone looking for some good food to swing by Lavonia and make them Cows happy in the process.
Stopped by while traveling for a snack and to use the bathrooms. Got some grilled nuggets (delicious as usual) and a drink. Friendly staff, fast tasty food, clean place, including the bathrooms. Go grab a chicken sandwich and a sweet tea and don't forget to get a cookie,
This location usually provides 5-star performance and food. This time we didn’t quite get what we ordered. I don’t mind getting less food as long as I don’t have to pay for it. Everything was great as usual, but we paid for three large fries and got whatever these are.
So glad to have a local Chick-fil-A Brianna B was so nice and helped us with our order. Staff is always so nice and food is always good! We went on a very busy night and the service was quick. Great job! Also noticed the windows had the 2022 grads, what a great way to congratulate the class of 2022. Love the extra mile chick-fil-A goes for the employees.
I recently moved here from Marietta Georgia and I am so glad we have a Chick-fil-A in Lavonia! This location has great service and is very clean. Quality of the food was tasty and hot. Will be coming here often to satisfy my cravings for Chick-fil-A!!!😊
It was the first time ordering online and I was a bit confused. It said the food would be brought out on my end but pickup on theirs. After waiting a while I went in and they made the order up quickly. Upon getting home I noticed that the nuggets weren't in the bag. When I called back up there the young lady was very kind and apologetic and corrected the mistake. Mistakes can easily be made when a place of business is extremely busy, it's how they handle it that makes the difference! Definitely will be going back!!!
I really can't think of another restaurant that runs as efficient. Has classier employees. I have never had anything but a stellar experience. Kudos to the Christianity you display. A blind man could see it!!
