I ordered a pizza and single order of breadsticks. I ordered extra sauce on the pizza and I paid for extra pepperoni. This is not even the regular amount of pepperoni and there was barely any sauce on the pizza at all...dry as a bone and the crust tasted old. Very disappointed paying $23 for this. The only good thing I can say is it was ready on time.

This was the WORST experience I've ever had at s Pizza Hut. I placed my order on line. My food was cold, and the cashier was RUDE. I asked for grated cheese, and he told me it would be $1.08.I gave him $20.08. As he was going through his register, he yelled, DO you have a dollar? I ain't got no one's.' I told him that I did not, but offered to cancel the order which he ignored. Never said another word even though I apologized and thanked him. I'll never visit the Laurel, MS Pizza Hut again.

Terrible! Just terrible, I ordered my food online and they say it will be ready at 6:45.
My food was not ready. They told me to pull up, I sat there for 45 minutes still no
one did not bring my food. I went in and asked for my refund. Will never go back again. TERRIBLE! I was not satisfied at all.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After almost 3 hours of waiting for delivery and 2 calls to the store was told they had run out of dough hours ago. Why no one could have mentioned that during the first call an hour and half in is a mystery. Ordered online so it had already come out of bank and was told it would refund in 3 days. Do NOT order from here.

Give me my food. We ended up having to get a refund after sitting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. Come to find out, they were out of almost everything and unable to give anyone their food and failing to inform customers about the situation. We will not be back.

More than a few bad experiences with this location from delivery to customer service and simple orders. Would not recommend go somewhere else.

Pizza was half done and barely warm. If you want Pizza in Laurel go to little caesar's.

The manager said they don't have to wear gloves anymore. She fixed a pizza and wiped off the tables with her hands. Not Sanitary.
