After visiting this Taco bell on 05/31/2022 I now see why people slap or throw stuff at fast food workers. The bald head black blonde girl with braces is extremely rude and is like 17 acting crazy. The manager was clueless and lacks management skills. They really to work on customer service.

I went through the drive-thru tonight to fill a Taco Bell craving. I was super excited for the new Quesalupa. I ordered the combo steak with two soft taco steak supremes. My friend also ordered the Quesarito and a soft taco supreme with two orders of cinammon twists.
A couple of disappointments were the drive-thru forgot to put the two cinammon twists in the bag so I had to turn around for those. The Quesalupa borders on disgustingly soggy and not cheesy at all. Needless to say I hope they bring out a fresh flagship idea soon.

Back to my old fave...used to live near this Taco Bell...glad to see the service is still friendly & fast after 5 yrs! But, when is Taco Bell going to bring out their chicken wings? I heard they will be on the menu soon!

Let's be real. If you've been to one Taco Bell you've been to all of em. Where they differentiate themselves is in how clean they are and the customer service experience.
This locations falls short on both parts. I entered into the establishment with my children and the tables were dirty. This made me consider the cleanliness of the bathroom, and no surprise. That was also terrible. We went late in the evening, so there wasn't heavy traffic. But a 5 item order took damn near 20 minutes and came back missing an item.
I don't know if it was the time of day we went or just our bad luck, but if your in the area you may want to give it a second thought before going in here.

It's Taco Bell, I don't really expect too much but this was the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. The employee who took the order needed confirmation at least five times regarding four bean and cheese burritos, failed to add the drinks I asked for to the order until I reiterated it twice and completely missed an entire other order. The other employees in the place were running around, scaring each other and talking and laughing incredibly loudly. In front of customers. Even after all that, I get home not even five minutes later and my kids' burritos were dripping sauce and cheese everywhere very clearly poorly wrapped and my taco was completely ruined and disgusting. Again, it's Taco Bell, I wasn't expecting anything but definitely was hoping for better than this.

Well that was Not the case with Anna!
I was having a bad day but instead of reaching someone also in the same mood I had Anna G provide the most amazing customer service and was so welcoming. She gave me a smile and eye contact and her energy was just what I needed at that exact moment! This is the service we need always!
