My family and I visit this location often since it is close to home and we are always satisfied with the service and our food. I have never had a problem and recommend this location, but I cannot speak on the delivery or online ordering as we always walk in and order. The best sandwich is the Fat Daddy! Make sure you have a big appetite!

First time at this location. I called ahead to have my order delivered but decided on the carry out cause the wait was shorter (55mins for delivery Vs. 15 min pick-up) no big deal. I arrived and the food was well prepared. My Order was 2 small subs, A large potato wedge, and their Spicy Mumbo wings. The chocolate chip cookies here were Awesome!! The staff were friendly, although I didn't get either of the sauce that I requested for the wings The manager promised me additional cookies on my next visit. My guest felt her sandwich had less steak then mines but I'm not sure how to measure those type of issues, maybe it was but I'm not certain this happens often. Like many businesses theirs always room for improvement. 4 stars overall

I will NEVER come here again! A sub, fries and a drink cost $18.62!!! I asked them to put onions on half and the lady said “we don’t do that here.” I asked the lady for ranch in the side and she said, “That will be $1.60.” Seriously?! I ordered to go because the place smelled so bad I would rather eat in the car. When I got to the car, my coke was flat. I went inside to tell the lady and get a different drink, and the lady told me that once I leave the store, I can’t come back. I have to pay for a whole new drink. I am in shock! Running a business like this will surely put you OUT of business in no time at all. Worst Jerry’s ever! Don’t support businesses that nickel and dime customers already paying far over what a sandwich is worth.

The food taste horrible ,the service was bad the 2 Ladies working there seemed like they hated they’re job. I paid $31 for the subs to come with barely any meat, and on top of that you get charged for honey mustard and they give you a small squirt. Do not recommend anybody to eat here. Don’t waste your money. Food and service is terrible

I've only been here once but I had a pleasant experience. The woman at the cash register was very nice and the food tasted great. They made it all to order and the place itself was pretty clean. But there are now so many dining options in Laurel that this place is hard to pick unless you're craving a philly cheese steak.

We have definitely had several late orders wherein the staff did not seem to be apologetic what so ever. What bothers me most, however, is that their online listing shows that they close at 10pm on weeknights. I have called on more than one occasion and been told that they close at 9:30 and that they can't deliver. My response is that if it is 9:15 and they close at 9:30, why am I refused delivery?! Terrible customer service at this Jerry's. Stay away.
