I went to the store early this morning and wanted some chips. I saw a sign that said buy 1 and get 1 for a dollar. When I went to the register and she started to ring up my items, I then put my number in the machine and the price didn’t change. I ask her why the price did t changed and said it the system. So I then said then why leave the sign up and are you going to honor your promotional sign. And he said “what do you want me to do” as if it was my fault. Never going here again.

They don't change the price tags on the shelf on purpose to charge you a higher price at the register. When you ask why the price is different, they automatically respond in a rude manner and say they can't change it because the manager isn't available. Horrible customer service and experience. Never going back again.

Don’t give business to this location . The owners are so RUDE !!! And want to over charge for everything, the cheese and chili are free and they wanted to charge us more money for the cheese , they said the cheese is extra . There’s a lot more locations around laurel to go to. This one is by far the WORST.

This 7-Eleven is terrible. I went in at 8:15 (as did several other people) for coffee. I tried the cappuccino machine. The French vanilla was just got water, and another was just chocolate powder. I tried the hazelnut coffee, that was empty. There was an employee there, filling the creamer dispenser. He completely ignored all of us when we tried to tell him. The place was dirty, yet two employees were outside picking up trash in the parking lot. There were boxes all over in the walkway so you couldn't get thru. Needless to say, I left and went to another location.
