Not bad of a spot. The line is confusing and creates a bottleneck after you order. Should be like most other Starbucks where you order in the back and move towards the front to get your order. But props to these baristas for dealing with us during Christmas Eve.

Love the holiday cups...only 3 customers, service was a bit slow. I normally do the mobile order and decided to go in to make sure I was getting the promotion for today...which is to get the reusable holiday cup at no extra charge, come to find out you have to specifically ask for it....I did get.

The worst and dirtiest store that i have been for Starbucks . Starbucks management should visit this branch I’m very sure they will close it the next following day 😰

The woman who's been working the register on weekday mornings is really great. She's friendly and gives me suggestions when I can't decide what to get. Overall, this is a good Starbucks location. Polite staff and good quality drinks.

Mobile orders have ruined this location. There are 12 people in store, myself having waited now 15 minutes for a drink, and the barista is only making mobile orders. This ridiculous. I will make sure I don’t return to this location because the lack of concern for physical, brick and mortar customers is absolutely ruining the Starbucks brand here.

Put in a mobile order in and was less than 10 mins away. Order went through and when I got to this location, they had closed shop (at 5pm!) and there was a hand written note that said they were closed and "sorry for the inconvenience" which was actually incredibly inconvenient because we were looking for a specific drink that the other locations in Laurel weren't carrying and so I had to drive to Maple Lawn to get my order. Thankfully the Maple Lawn location were super nice and refunded my money back on my app.

One of my favorite places to get my coffee, and hang out. The baristas are amazing. They know me, and they know my drinks. They are personable and work hard to give each customer what they need.
Yes, the store is small, and the seating is limited, but the staff at the Starbucks keep me coming back!
