Ihop

We come to this location every few months and it’s consistently good. Service is sometimes iffy but regardless, we always get what we ordered and if it’s ever wrong, the staff gets the order fixed asap. They could definitely benefit from adding a few more servers to the staff but the chefs in the back are really doing their thing. I love the Colorado omelet and this place makes the best one. The amount of meat you expect with cheese inside. Really no complaints about the food or cleanliness because they do great cleaning up behind customers as well. We will def be back. Great job IHOP on keeping guests safe while still proving great food.

If recession in America was a restaurant, it would be this ihop. The new lemon ricotta protein pancakes are dry as a rock (so you can eat them as toast), they have a dollop of ricotta at the top and no lemon whatsoever. Theres no butter in between layers or anything of that sort to make them less dry. The good-looking dryness and lack of any taste

The worst experience ever!!! I waited almost TWO hours for my food and I understand that they’re under a lot of pressure at work but people who were seated after us were given their food first. They prioritize food for delivery services before the people seated in their own restaurant. I came to have a nice family breakfast with family that flew in to visit and this just ruined our breakfast. I would never have expected to spend 9:40-11:51 waiting for a meal. I never will be visiting this location again!!!!!!!

What do you expect? One little rat dropping right? You get what you pay for. Waited OVER an hour for food— **eggs and pancakes only!!** for two people, but the two kitchens lost our ticket and took care of a 8 party order that arrived 20 minutes after us. Everyone got different standards and experiences, so the choice is yours 🤷‍♀️ Enjoy your rat droppings y’all— you won’t even know it’s in there!

So my wife and I came to this IHOP and ordered. When the food came we didn't get half of the order, made several request only to have the manager be dismissive with a smile. It didn't matter that I was willing to pay an up charge for grilled chicken that I was told I couldn't with my meal. I changed my order and it went like this. The pancakes where not what I ordered, the eggs where fried not scrambled, the classic burger was pink not well done, the pancakes my wife order should've been first to come out. Never showed up. Asked to have the burger removed from my check, and was dismissed, we preferred plastic ware. We fit 1 set to eat with. My wife still reorder a Blueberry pancake (1) with milk. Saw the pancake but no milk and nothing to eat with. While the Blueberry compote melted the top of the plastic container it was in. So we left. I don't understand why the server took the order and it never came out right or why management displayed displeasure to the customer. Perhaps someone else had a better experience and it was our turn to be disappointed. Not looking to revisit this anymore!!!
