Wendy's

No one was there, customers OR employees at the front counter, when I went there at 2pm. I waited for a minute and a guy showed up, I asked for fries and a chocolate frosty. He makes me a *vanilla mix* frosty as employees start coming out and prepping stations out of nowhere. I ask for a chocolate again. He makes another mix and apologises that it isn't ready yet, but if I wait, they'll give me one. How?? It's TWO PM! I wait, and they give me a third frosty with literally the same 80% vanilla/20%chocolate mixture I've gotten before. I give up. Get your crap together Wendy's. You have been open for hours now, and should know what a chocolate frosty is.

I called just before closing Friday night to ask if they could serve a walk up to the window. I'm a truck driver. I cannot compliment the manager enough. He is a huge asset to your establishment. More companies should take lessons from him on what one customer at a time relationships mean. Thank you, and the food is always good at Wendy's.

12:11 pm on Wednesday October 14th. With only one customer in front of me I waited 15 mins to order. After placing my order (2 single burgers, a number 8 combo meal, a single pretzel bacon pub burger and a large fry) I then waited another 20 mins for my incorrect order to arrive and I was not given a receipt so I could show them ot was wrong. Will not ever set foot in that building ever again.

Very slow. I set in the drive though for 20 mins waiting on a 4 for $4. Only to pull off and find d that the meat on my sandwich was cold and the french fries tasted like they were sitting in the warmer too long. Disappointed but was not willing g to go back and sit for another 20 mins. to get fresh food.
