Chipotle Mexican Grill

Store seems to not be able to handle a lunch rush and delivery orders. It doesn’t make sense to bring down the in-person customer experience because the staff is incapable of satisfying the increased workload. I waited for seven (7) minutes without being acknowledged. That’s unacceptable. I guess they feel like they can do whatever they want once they have your money. I’ll never return to this location.

This Chipotle is just like most others. No-frills counter service and very sparse dining room. The food is delicious if you like their limited Mexican menu. However on this visit this place was not very clean, and the employees not very friendly. Some Chipotle's sparkle - but not this one, this time.

I love chipotle but I ordered online today and they gave me everything wrong. They gave me pinto beans (which I hate) instead of black, steak instead of chicken, and they didn’t even game me my chips (I paid for them) like come on now. Everything was written in the ticket. I honestly don’t know how they can mess up an order when they have all the info in the ticket. Y’all need to pay more attention to the orders. I’m definitely not ordering online again.

I hate to write bad reviews for chipotle because I really do love their food but this location has just been absolutely terrible on EVERY SINGLE OCCASION. Today was the third time I’ve had to wait longer than the people in line to PICK UP an order. Mind you, I always place these orders 25-30 minutes in advance and end up waiting an additional 15-20 mins once I get here. They also just wait for you to stand there for 10 minutes before even asking you if you need help. It’s just frustrating. What’s the point of placing an order in advance if everyone in line will be served 15 minutes before me. That defeats the purpose of the app. Not only that, 2/3 times that this has happened to me I also got the wrong ingredients in my burrito. Third and final time I ever come here.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. The older women building meals will throw the food into your bowl. Before you even select your options they are putting it on your meal. When you ask them to fix their mistake, they give you an attitude. Instead of working hard, they try to spread out the ingredients so they don’t have to cook more. If you do not pay close attention to them, they will put scraps in your bowl/burrito and quickly move it to check out before you notice The combination of unprofessionalism and lazy effort when constructing your order completely ruins the experience of eating and ordering at this chipotle location.
