I have the experience as a non Trini to experience life with a true Trini but the passion for great flavors of Trinidad & Tobago. This place is AWESOME. Great bakery items that have kept me coming back. Well worth the drive. Stop in for Trini hospitality and tasty treats.

So this is not the Trini Bakery anymore. Apparently they closed over 1 yr ago. But went in an spoke to the owner. I tried the salt fish pie. It was good. Needed a little bit more salt fish but was good. Supporting locals is always good.

These bakeries out here are sub par compared to Trini bakeries. Wealthy, retired people live here so you’ll make a profit once they find they can get what they once had to pay hundreds of dollars for by visiting your country, they can now get for a few dollars. ;)
