Waited in the drive through longer than I’ve ever waited at a McDonald’s. Ordered burgers with no pickle and got pickles. Also ordered fries and they were far from fresh. As you can see from the picture, they take pride in their preparation of food. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and Ive been to A LOT.

I complained via app that my shakes weren’t mixed and one wasn’t fully filled, and they called back and said they “don’t mix shamrock shakes”. No one wants to eat concentrated mint goo. Either they lied, forgot to clarify you’re supposed to mix yourself, or their shamrock shakes changed from prior years and are now terrible.

Horrible experience food looks like cooked in old oil, buns burnt, fries under cooked. Ordered from DoorDash missing nuggets when went to pick up what was missing employee yelled out “so we’re giving away free food now!” I would not have driven to McDonald’s after paying DoorDash a hefty tip and delivery fee for a 10 piece nugget that I already had. Wish I would have opened my food before returning for the 10 piece missing nugget because I would have returned all of the food this is in an edible meal and the McDonald’s employees serving this garbage should be ashamed of themselves.When I went into the restaurant there are also several leaks in the ceiling
Called McDonald’s main complaint number and received a call back from MJ. She was very helpful and I appreciate her rectification in the situation as well as the store supervisor .
Was relieved to know they were working on the leaks in ceiling and were very apologetic for the inconvenience and employees rude comments

I get McDonald’s wayyyyy too often using the app. Never once have I had an issue with it until last week when the daily deal for a free Big Mac failed. I checked out and it said my total would be 1.08 and that’s what I agreed to pay, but then my card was actually charged 7.77. Not cool. I submitted a bug report at the app level, and the nice folks there had me call in and give them all the info, then send the report down to the restaurant for a refund. Well. The restaurant refused to refund because they ‘don’t control the app.’ Which is fine, enjoy your extra $6.50 from me because this is the kick in the teeth I needed to quit my thrice weekly McDonald’s habit.

I order a medium fries got small fries instead. However the fries was not cooked. It was like they dip them on hot oil for a minute and took them out. It’s insane, see pictures. I would not ever go there again.

This franchise/corporate is refusing to give people purchase receipts. This is not a one day incident. Ordered through drive-through. She indicated they can no longer provide purchase receipts. They do not receive receipt paper anymore. In a separate conversation, the manager said the printer has been broken a while. I was told this last week as well. They have stopped disclosing your order on the order board outside too. You will have no way of knowing what amount MacDonalds has put on your credit card. I asked the manager if this was legal, the manager said, he was very nice though, that apparently it is. The manager has no power over that of course. This was a corporate decision. Since it is legal I guess, MacDonalds needs/should publicly disclose they are no longer providing purchase receipts or on-screen order verifications.

It's gotta be the slowest fast food location in the area. This is not an exaggeration, I literally spent almost a half hour in their drive thru waiting to order and get my food. 29 minutes I sat in their drive thru.
Every time I come here, which isn't often, I am leaving asking myself why I came back.

The worst food experience I've ever had. I usually trust that McDonalds food will mostly taste the same between locations, but this has forever changed my mind.
Ordered Pickup and the pickup spots had no numbers so I went through the drive through. I waited with one other car for 5 minutes just for someone to take the order. When I received my order the drink and fry size was small instead of medium and they were undercooked. The chicken sandwich was missing ingredients and the chicken itself was absolutely disgusting. It smelled old and looked overcooked. Please don't go here, just go to another restaurant nearby or another McDonald's location. Worst experience ever.
