Closed at 8:40 PM. This company has went downhill big-time. Used to be able to get a coffee at any time at night, now you’re even lucky if they’re open at night. One store open 24 hours and they’ve got it closed down WTH !!!!

Service was extremely fast, and everything accurate. Server was very friendly. We had a long order and she didn’t miss a beat. Spent until 5am at the pet Er so it was so nice for this to go well. Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to.

Pretty bad service. Got my entire order wrong. Didn't have the doughnuts I wanted so they offered alternative and then got those wrong too. Would avoid.

I drove a bucket truck for work, which can’t fit through drive thrus. When I first pulled in, I walked to the door and was disappointed the lobby was closed except for online pick up. I went back to my truck to order online when a gentlemen came outside and offered to allow me to order inside, knowing my truck couldn’t fit through the drive thru. They made my order quickly and accurately, and the breakfast helped my day significantly.

The prices of the specialty donuts and drinks are slightly less than the surrounding Dunkin Donuts, particularly the gross one in Cohoes. You can tell them keep this one clean. Seems like they switched out the abrasive fellow that used to be at the window. Good for them!

I went through the drive through in Latham near Sparrowbush road. My sandwich was made nicely and not thrown together as it is in other locations. In fact I will be returning today once my shift is over.
