Subway

Ordered chicken with ranch and siracha. Got sweet onion chicken teriyaki, with cucumber added as well? Other sub in the order was oven roasted chicken, got cold chopped chicken. If we weren't limiting exposure due to Covid, I would have brought these back to the store. This is the second time we've had orders be wrong here so I'd suggest the other nearby Subway locations.

My husband and I reviewed the menu and made our picks. When he went to pick them up, he was told they don’t have Rueben sandwiches, in fact didn’t even know what it was. My Fresh Fit Crispy Chicken was also unknown. They attempted some kind of chicken sandwich but it was much more soggy and no resemblance to crispy at all. Husband went down the road to another place to get something else. Never had a problem at any other Subway...won’t be going back to this one.

I have started recently going to Subway restaurants discovering their mobile app and friendly menu to my dietary needs. The staff at this location are so friendly and recognize me by face or know me by name which is really comforting, especially at a franchise. The staff are all great and the food has always been fresh and quickly served!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. Today I found a dead fly in my poorly constructed sub. While the girl who was working responded appropriately by offering me a refund, the boy who was working acted completely unprofessional. He just finished cashing out another individual and went to remake my sub with the same gloves he just used to handle money with. I asked him to change his gloves and he proceeded to turn around and fake change his gloves. He didn’t even reach for the gloves on the wall and expected me to believe his charade. Then he went to use a dirty knife covered in tuna on my non-tuna sub. I was completely repulsed and ended up throwing the sub away considering the lack of basic hygiene. There are much better Subways in the area if you’re looking for quality.

This is by far the worst Subway ever and we visit many Subway as a family! I've given it a few tries because of the convenience of the location, but never again. Tonight I picked up 3 subs for our dinner. The turkey tasted old and the tuna was brown and gritty!! I don't think their food is fresh. My son loves subway and said his sub was nasty!!! Never again! I never write reviews but felt the need to so no one else wastes their money.
