Crisp

This place can be so good but they don't listen to order customizations. I just ordered a Cobb salad with no blue cheese crumbles. Pretty simple right? Well they didn't put the included avocado in it and left the blue cheese in the salad. I was taking a new hire out to lunch so I didn't want to be a pain but it's very annoying. The main reason I picked that salad was because it had avocado... listen to people is all I ask.

Went to pick up my online order and the girl at the front kept a straight face, never greeted me. I said I was here to pick up my order & she gets it, & slides it to me on the counter. She then proceeds to throw the pen on the receipt for me to sign. I then walk out and suddenly she gains the energy to say "have a good day", to the people walking out behind me. I called back to talk to manager about my service and he's says he'll take care of me. I did not ask for anything nor want anything. I just wanted him to know about my experience. The next week I call & talk to someone about the managers offer & he tells them he'll give me 50% off of my salad lol. He rather receive $6 than just rectify the ill customer service of his employee. When someone says I'll take care of you, I assume exactly that lol. It was quite pathetic honestly. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Also, the salads/dressings are decent. Nothing extraordinary.

I have had many good experiences ordering from Crisp but lately the service and food has been unpleasant. A Few months ago I placed an order online and you receive reward points to use as credit toward future orders. When I placed the order it gave me a lesser total but charged my credit card the full price without the discount. I had emailed the restaurant multiple times in regards to the issue and never received a response. I stopped ordering from the restaurant until today I gave it another try. I ordered a chicken caesar salad and the man at the register was not pleasant. Also the chicken that came on the salad seemed very old and dry. I will not be ordering from this establishment anymore.
