I ordered the same meal as I do every week but this time my order was completely wrong so I ordered again because I was supposed to be refunded.. I tipped 2 different Uber drivers because they tried to make it right but still didn't get what I ordered and they gave me fries instead of red beans and rice.. cold chicken both times too!! Almost $40.00? Really? 🙄

Horrible experience do not use their online order. I placed my order and headed over waited in the drive thru and when we got to speaker we gave name they said pull around. By the time we got to the window the lady was rude and said it wasn't ready and to pull around front. We waited in the car for over 15 minutes when my husband finally went inside for one girl to be like oh we can't find your order! We're you planning on letting us know then another girl saud she would find it and finally got our order an hour after we ordered it. finally

This location was out of everything. They only had the chicken sandwiches (which were good) but no shrimp, boxes, or desserts. The person taking our order could have been a little friendlier too. We will go to our regular Popeyes from now on.

Very very disappointed. I asked for Buffalo sauce at the window and was asked to park out front to wait for my food. When they brought me my food, there was no sauce in my bag. I then had to get out of my car to go inside and ask for the sauce when I noticed all of their chicken sandwiches were pre-made and not made to order as they should me. As a result of that my sandwiches were soggy and disgusting. The packaging was messy and dirty with mash potatoes as well. Food was very bad and automatically made my husband’s and I stomach super upset. Worst $20 I have ever spent. Never ever wasting my time or money at the Popeyes again.

Place has terrible customer service! I suggest you drive a couple miles to a different location. Don't waste your gas and time here.

Stopped in at 8:51 pm (printed on receipt), to get a 16 pc meal. Mild chicken, red beans and rice and mashed potatoes. When I got home and started to get the kids fed, the biscuits could have been used as hockey pucks they were so hard. Red beans and rice, more like red soup. The chicken was all wings and legs. Went back this morning to ask the Manager Alex to do the right thing and either refund the cost of the meal or replace it. Alex declined to do either. Save yourself the the headache and avoid this place. KFC just down the street.
