This Subway has to be the Best Subway Franchise in Las Vegas I made an order on subway app and it was the wrong store, on Cheyenne, when I called the store to inform them about my mistake they were no help whatsoever The owner in this location came over to try and help me cancel the order when they were no help he offered to give me 2 foot long subways at no charge. This is the perfect example of how to treat and deal with your customers and the public in general, I will never forget his kind words and understanding of my problem this will be my Subway location for life excellent customer service and I will refer this location to all my friends and family, Thank you to the owner for your kind understanding I will patronize your business for life and you have proven to be an invaluable asset to our community I wish all businesses where more like yours,Thanks again

When a business gives its open and close times, it’s very important to make sure your staff is ready for open time. Not cleaning and rushing to open after the open time. Unprofessional and quite disappointing. As a pregnant women with cravings I waited 10 minutes as I watched the staff clean and wipe windows after the open time. Meanwhile I was so hungry and not only that, As I’m standing outside thinking maybe someone will come open the door. No one acknowledged me at all. I was pretty sure the open time was 9 am to 9pm. It may be the hormones but you have customers all over that count on these open to close times. I waited for them to open the door suppressing my hunger which made me super sick. I ended up leaving and finding another location on the following street thankfully. You can look at my review and think aww she’s just pregnant but I still know it’s unusual and unprofessional to open 10 minutes after given time. Bc I have worked in different businesses. If the staff isn’t there the owner or manager is there to make sure those doors are opened at the correct time. I hope this is not a habit. Do better!
