only giving it 4 stars because while waiting at the counter for service, about 2 minutes, they just looked without acknowledging. Which i feel is poor customer service. Once I finally got someone, oh such great customer service. I believe it was by the manager he had on the black shirt. I loved
No specifications of some meals. I bought a "Large" chicken popcorn for 5 dollars. But this box should call SMALL. Just be honestly about the size of your foods.
All though kfc isn't my favorite spot its still good here and there. The employees are nice but it seems there is no order no professionalism there. The lobby stays clean yes, but the employees i tend to run into seems to not know what there doing. Good Luck on the hiring position there looking for

We order the Nashville Hot Tenders the tenders were like over cooked and old. The Coleslaw didnt taste like anything plus it was dry. Then the Restrooms were dirty. They weren't busy and there were like 5 workers and they couldn't clean it plus the drive thru was closed. The only good thing was that

I've been there twice and each time they forgot food, not anything small either. 4 breast from my family meal and my children didn't have their fries, I work so some days I would like to relax but thanks KFC for my half of a meal and no i don't hold onto receipts! NOT GOING BACK....
