only giving it 4 stars because while waiting at the counter for service, about 2 minutes, they just looked without acknowledging. Which i feel is poor customer service. Once I finally got someone, oh such great customer service. I believe it was by the manager he had on the black shirt. I loved it. Keep up the good work.

All though kfc isn't my favorite spot its still good here and there. The employees are nice but it seems there is no order no professionalism there. The lobby stays clean yes, but the employees i tend to run into seems to not know what there doing. Good Luck on the hiring position there looking for :)

We order the Nashville Hot Tenders the tenders were like over cooked and old. The Coleslaw didnt taste like anything plus it was dry. Then the Restrooms were dirty. They weren't busy and there were like 5 workers and they couldn't clean it plus the drive thru was closed. The only good thing was that the cashier DJ was really nice and friendly.

Sat at the order speaker for more than five minutes without anyone taking my order or even asking me to wait. Two cars pulled up behind me before I finally pulled forward and asked if their radio was broken. The gal at the window looked bewildered and called another worker up to the window to talk to me. He said the radio worked just fine. Then she told me I had to pull around again behind all of the other cars to have my order taken. :( I did so only to be told they were out of several items...including corn! How are they really out of corn? Sigh. This is not the first bad experience I've had at this location. I tried to give it a second shot but it's a lost cause. Don't go there, the workers are all to busy doing nothing to serve you food.
