I had placed an online order to be picked up and I ended up having an emergency so I was not going to be able to make it there on time and to get to work on time so I called to have my order cancelled and supposedly the manager I spoke with wanted to tell me he's open until 6 but all I wanted t was my order to be cancelled why would I wait 2 hours pick up a sandwich instead of him just being okay on his dad and we will cancel your order and refund your money. Completely rude and out of line and told me basically there was no way to confirm that I would get a refund.

This Port of Subs is in the Kmart Shopping Center parking lot. Although Kmart is permanently closing soon. Port of Subs is very clean and the sandwich makers are very friendly and have a good personality. Personally, I like Port of Subs better than the other sandwich chains , as the bread seems to be softer and tastier . The bathrooms were very clean

The lady that served us had a bad attitude. I like friendly service it's what makes a customer come back. She needs to be reminded who pays her check. The customers do if it weren't for customers you wouldn't have a job.
