Drive thru was very slow but the food was great and hot, but they should of had more staff. I was a store manager for several years at McDonald's so i know how it should run.

Customer service was good. I don't like that I had to put my own creamer and sugars in a small coffee. Yes I asked, I was told this is not done anymore 😶

Ordered 6 cheeseburger fries and 6 cups of water. Asked us to wait. When they brought our order to us 15 min later they forgot the waters. Went back in to ask for waters and they had us wait again. Went back to car to wait. A homeless man who was folding his clothes on the table when we entered was allowed to bring us our water. When we got home we discovered the fries had no meat and the water cups looked like this. Never again! Absolutely disgusting.

Horrible management, I placed a mobile app order and they didn't have an item available. When asked for a refund, they stated they were unable to process. Called the location multiple times the following day to speak to a manager during the day and no answer.

Jack in the Box on Charleston is not good. Went there once becuz I was headin up north from my usual JITB and thought itd be the same as my favorite one but was greatly disappointed.

It's your typical Jack in the Box. They are all about the same, but if you order with the app, they usually have free items with purchase.
What I do like about this location is when I have a special order, such as extra or add-ons, they have always got it right. Wish I could say the same thing about the McDonald's, across the street.
Also, I have never had to wait for my food, when I ordered with the app. It was all ready, fresh and hot.
Quick tip: Even if, on the app, you say you are going to pick it up at the drive thru, you can still park and pick up your food at the counter inside, if there are too many cars lined up.
