Erica was extremely rude when I confronted her about over charging me in the drive through. While in the drive through I asked 3 times if they charged correctly because I knew it was not right. I had to park and get out just to get my money back. I walked in and explained what happened and she gave me an attitude because I wanted my money back for the overcharge. This is not how a manager should handle mistakes. Very disappointing! On top of that my food was cold! Do Better!!!

So I eat lunch at this Burger King today. Everything was working out to be a good experience. The worker at the register greeted me when I arrived at the front. He took order for chicken fries and all was well until I opened the box of chicken fries and it was already about half empty! 👀🤯😯 there's no reason why a container of a serving of anything should come half empty, come on Burger King!

The service here is pretty quick the food is good they definitely are not greedy if you ask for extra cheese or extra toppings on your burger they definitely are not greedy it's convenient next to the freeway next to Sam's and there's a variety of shopping centers and places to shop around home depots nearby so it's convenient employees are pretty friendly if you can't see or you have a disability they're pretty understanding I like that about them they're very patient understanding definitely would suggest

Just received a double cheeseburger and to my surprise there was no cheese on it. While sitting in the parking lot eating I saw two customers walk in carrying bags of food and they weren't happy. Looks like today was a rough day getting orders correct.

I came here at one hour before closing and ordered 4 piece mozarella, 8 piece jalapeno bites, chicken sandwich, and fries, and two fanta freezes. I was very disappointed. Just because it's almost closing doesn't mean customers should get old stale food. Please serve fresh food to your customers. This is not okay.
