So... it's B dubs. The food is okay; we end up here fairly often because my kids really like it. The servers are always super nice but the service is mediocre. We have a few issues every time we go: a beer taking 20 minutes to get to the table, asking for a certain sauce on wings and it not being correct, half our food coming out and the other half not etc. Its not a big deal but because something happens each time, it's annoying.
Recently our rewards were hacked and over 5000 points was used in Michigan, when we contacted corporate about the issue NO ONE got back to us. That's a lot of points and to be ignored feels as though corporate does not appreciate their guests.

Our dinner started out pretty slow with us waiting 30 minutes to be seated (after being told it will be 10 to 15) then once we arrived to our seat we received drinks and hot onion rings appetizer rather quickly, but then waited for exactly one hour from being seated (not an exaggeration) to receive our meal.
The meal was super disappointing as everything was cold when we received it. However, after speaking to manager Jocelyn our order was remade and it came out pretty quick ( in about 10 or 15 minutes) with everything tasty, hot, and on point!

I ordered online and checked every box I could find to include vegetables i.e. carrots and celery. My order was delivered without celery and carrots. I called the restaurant to ask where the celery and carrots were. The girl told me that I did not order celery and carrots. I asked her how do you order carrots and celery online and she said that she didn't know. If the employees do not know how to order carrots and celery, how and the hell are customers supposed to be able to order carrots and celery online?
I spent over $50 on wings, including fees and tip, and didn't get carrots and celery. Who in the world serves wings without carrots and celery? We always get carrots and celery when we dine in at Buffalo Wild WIngs (before the pandemic).
I could have ordered from WingStop and spent $10 less and got carrots and celery. On top of that, WingStop wings are so much better - crispier and tastes better. I will never order from Buffalo Wild Wings again!

My first time ever having wings at this location the customer service was OK the woman was completely rushing and talking over me on the phone .
However the food was extremely terrible the wings were very soft the mild sauce was oily and running The buffalo wing sauce was very chunky garlic Parmesan wings were old I love the garlic Parmesan they are my fave I always get them every time however at this location the wings looked very old and the sauce looked horrible on the wings as if it was none at all.
We all had a horrible sick feeling in our stomachs from the oil and how soft the wings were as if they were not even done it was horrible however I love Buffalo wild wings I was just not attend this location anymore.

My guess is don't go on one of their bogo days. I ordered on a Wednesday and everything was perfect. Couldn't wait to have again. I've been 3 times since on a Thursday and none of those have come even close. This most recent visit was due to previous issues and they issued me a gift card. It's been 6 months or so so i figured i would use it. They still forget things, but most importantly the food quality on Thursdays is awful. Its like they don't try. Wings were hardly sauced. Out of 20 wings maybe 8 had any resemblance of sauce. Many of them dry. Some look like plain chicken tenders

Called to place and order, was told to wait for somebody else to take my order, waited on the phone for 10 min which was the same amount of time it took me to get to this location, I’m still on hold as I entered the building and notice it wasn’t busy at all, front desk lady was just standing in front of the phone.. how? Never had a problem with any other location except for this one. On top of it they had my order wrong. Thanks for sucking so bad :)

Completely disorganized the last 3 times I've gone in. Bartending staff is usually standoffish and slow so I tried pickup this time.
Ordered online and was given a pick up time. Went down to pick up my meal and there was at least 20 people also waiting. Lots of to go orders everywhere but no one was getting food. Place was empty inside except a couple tables but the front counter was very disorganized. They kept telling me "5 more minutes". Left after an hour of waiting past my pick up time without my meal as it still "wasn't done yet". Every time someone came in to order they would tell them "25 minutes" and each of them looked at the rest of us and realized they made a mistake to order food. New Year so I'm finding a new wing place.
TVS are poor and washed out so i would not go there to watch at a game anyway.
Never had issues at other BW3's but this place is always a mess- management?
