Today I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with guacamole...I came to pick up the order...and when I saw only dry chicken, rice and salty refried beans from many days...the bathrooms don't have paper to dry your hands and neither do for the rate of the bathroom the only good thing about that restaurant is the music

Order from here all the time. Went to order 12 enchiladas. Lady over the phone told me it was $60+ for an order of 6 single enchiladas. Told her to please look again and she said she dont make the prices and hung up on me. Called back to give her a second chance. She said she was able to work with me and charge me $45 for 12, an $80 discount out the blue. Still rude, I decided now to order. Wont be back.

terrible customer service, and it's so expensive. The burritos they sell doesn't come with beans, rice, nor cheese or sour cream!!! LIKE WHAT?! You have to pay an extra $5.70 for having sour cream w rice and beans on the side. The service from the cashier was bad too. She didn't know what she was doing on the computer and she didn't know what plates they had either.

Not gonna lie I've only ever had one thing here: crispy chicken tacos. Usually not my go-to at any Mexican restaurant, but for $1 Tuesdays (and now Mondays as well), you can't beat them. And you know honestly they're really good. They're huge, the chicken is incredibly juicy and well-seasoned, and they go HEAVY on the 🧀. And their salsa verde complements the chicken so nicely. If you live in the Silverado Ranch or Green Valley neighborhoods and find yourself going to Taco Bell on a Monday or Tuesday, I honestly have to ask what the hell's wrong with you.

Berria was great, never had one. I go in once every few months for lunch (walking distance from work). I usually go in and ask them what is good that day; and then I get something different than I would normally order and it is consistently great food. Been doing this about a year, with no complaints.
