I don't know if I can ever have ice cream again (That's how good this On-site, made in front of you ice cream is)! Amazing Ice Cream! Low Sugar, but just enough for a wonderful treat! This Place should at least be on everybody's bucket list. The Ceremonial Matcha and Single-Origin Teas are marvelous! What's even better is the Ceremonial-Grade Matcha Ice Cream! They also make in house a variety of sweetening syrups: sugar, honey, and many more that I can't remember! I can't wait to visit Las Vegas and Bubble Mixology! I can't wait for these guys to use alternative milks so I can bring all my Vegan Friends!

I was following this place on social media and really looked forward to their delicious looking nitrogen ice cream and iced matcha latte!
I can definitely say my brother and I were very pleased with our visit!
I enjoyed a creamy sesame small cup... watched it made my hand with the nitrogren smoke blowing out of the mixing machine and everything... super cool to watch!
And my iced matcha latte was very tasty. All natural ingredients... very earthy tasting. I don't like it very sweet and the way they made it was spot on.
The customer service was great. The lady informed us it was a soft opening and not everything was up and running yet... they were both very knowledgeable and enjoyed what they were doing.
The location is great; right in Chinatown... plenty of parking, easy to find, and loads of seating inside with a restroom.
I can see this place becoming very successful!
Stark, antiseptic ambiance belies rich, delicious treats. Staff friendly and quirky, but seem easily overwhelmed. Boba is better down the street, but still good in a pinch. The bubble waffle, or waffle cone, is the standout treat-cessory here; raison d'etre.
Tip: go later or earlier than traditionally busy times—or call ahead.
I had the s'mores; wife had the sweet sensation bubble waffle.They were both outstanding. The Thai tea was very good as well.
I ended up really liking this place. Nice to see we finally have a nitrogen ice cream place! Drop on in for some nice atmosphere and great ice cream. Hopefully they expand their flavors.
